Refund policy

I don’t do returns or exchanges unless something’s broken or clearly wrong. Every item in The Crow’s Cabinet is created in small batches or made to order—I’m not Amazon.

If something’s wrong:

Email me at info@jcourseywillis.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include a photo and your order number. I’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you—whatever makes sense. Just don’t wait 30 days and then come knocking.

The fine print:

  • Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • If the item was a gift, I’ll offer store credit or refund the original buyer.
  • You’ll need to cover return shipping unless I screwed up.

Use tracking if it’s over $75—I’m not responsible if it gets lost in the mail.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item arrives and checks out. Banks move slow, so give it a few days.
